Hi,


A few points to consider before deciding on INOX


1) The ease by which one can book tickets as compared to say PVR is non-existent.


The number of ticket counters at the venue is ridiculously low. The online system is not operational. SMS tickets though advertised is also not operational. And tele-booking is a total waste of time.


2) When it comes to crowd control / entry / exit -> I feel INOX again looses out, esp in case of an emergency.


3) Complaint handling is another feature which is completely non-existent in INOX Bangalore. In case you have a service complaint you need to send a mail to a particulat email id. These complaints are not replied to. There is really no customer care executive available at the venue to deal with such problems. Even in case of older cinemas in Bangalore ( ie REX .. etc ... ) you always have access to the manager.


4) Ambience is good and more classy compared to PVR.


5) Parking is always a problem at the venu. Though in all fairness - INOX has nothing to do with that.

  • The ease of ticket booking has not improved at all. As mentioned earlier the number of ticket counters is really low. I tried tele-booking - wanted the tickets to be delivered to Koramangala 7th Block, the answer I got was that delivery is only possible till Koramangala 4th Block. i.e They will deliver tickets till Raheja Residency / BDA Complex - but not opposite FORUM .... ( Koramangala 1st Block is further from MG Road than 8th block ..... )
