Bunch of incompetent and uncouth fools running the multiplex. If I can write subjectively, I was disgusted and wanted to puke my guts out. This is the worst movie experience of my life time. Thank you inox for meeting the lowest possible standards of courtesy and manners.
Either, inox kachiguda must change the staff and provide a slightly better experience(cause I cannot expect anything more from this crappy theater) or continue their blissful experience to absolute ruin. I would for wait a week to watch the most anticipated movie in Shanti theater than watch it in Kachiguda.
