This is the review for INSD Institute - Hudson Lines Branch at Delhi which started in 2011 and is also known as International School of Design. Prior to 2011 this institute was a franchise for JD Institute for quite some time, before the fraudulent activities forced JD Corporate to throw this partner out of their good brand.
INSD institute is owned by Sunjey Aggarwal(name changed from Sanjay Aggarwal) and his sister, who also lost her JD franchise at Pitam Pura for the same reasons. Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal portrayed himself as an owner of another fashion institute which only existed online - dnads.net - DNADS stood for The New Age School of Design. His only investment was paying for ads on Franchise India, which landed him leads and people coming to visit were given a round of JD institute at Hudson Lines!
A commerce graduate with less than 1 year of real work experience( selling timeshare), he proved himself good at swindling people by smooth talking. People who paid for franchise fee lost lacks, as the contract stated that there will be no refund whatsoever. Noone was able to start an institute as there was no support, nothing at all. People lost additional money renting commercial places and running after him for refund, which he never gave. After cheating 7-8 people across India this person decided to let the whole thing cool off as this was bringing attention on him from JD management.
Next he took a small office at Aggrwal Towers, Pitampura and started marketing another version of DNADS as DNAADS! He again swindled 4-5 people in Punjab, who were totally unaware that there was no physical institute by the name of DNAADS and this was just online marketing and smooth talk - nothing more than Hot Air!
Mr. Aggarwal then decided to join hands with his sister, who suggested him to club his institute idea with her NGO and sell a plan to train local artisans to HRD Ministry of India. He paid 50, 000 bribe and managed to get the contract for 1 crore rupees delivered to him @ 20 lacks each year. Being India, noone asks who is doing what and he is happy taking the money for nothing.
He floated another company by the name of Worldwide Expomedia for International Exhibitions and took a contract for 40 stalls from a Tashkent organizer. Unable to book even 7 stalls, he cancelled his contract and 6 people who paid for booking stalls got a run around for refund. The reason why the event was cancelled, was Fakushima Reactor explosion in Japan which has sent a radioactive cloud over Tashkent! Bah! Of course noone believed him.
In the mid of all this in 2011, he was called at JD Corporate and was told quite bluntly to curb his acts else he will loose everything. Unable to hold his habits, he along with his sister were shown the door. Vengeful and bitter, both decided to start afresh. DNADS was already getting negative reviews online having cheated good number of people, so they started afresh calling this new venture INSD Institute. The money to refurnish INSD came from Government kitty!
The new found government links got them edu websites where as the affiliation was taken from Mahatma Gandhi University which as its own campus just 400 meters down the road from their branch at Hudson Lines. While MGU offered courses for 15-20000/-, Mr.Aggarwal decided to add a mark up and decided to charge INSD students 4-5 times the MGU fee! The course remains the same, but the facilities and faculty, below par.
Broken chairs, trash dumped rooms, poor infrastructure doesn’t do wonders to students careers. Mr.Aggarwal, who himself manages a living cheating and swindling can not offer a bright career to his students, for a simple reason - he himself does not have a career! At present INSD Institute spends only on internet marketing and does all it can to make franchise across india, portraying itself as a successful brand, again in the open available to cheat people off their hard earned money.
If he manages to take money out of his wallet, understand well that the trousers and the wallet both don’t belong to him. His swanky cars run on petrol, and you can be sure it has no more than what takes that car to drive him back to his home. Another noticeable fact is he avoids paying for parking and lets others pay for tea and coffee. If you are getting that for free from him, you are soon going to pay much more that you ever thought!
Mr.Sanjay Aggarwal( Sunjey Aggarwal) can change his name, institutes and business, but all he intends to do is take away your money.
