I Lost My Money

I am using Instamojo to collect payments from my customers and I didn’t have any problem from the day I registered on this.


But after collecting all my monthly payments from customers I decided to withdraw the total amount to my bank account but was shocked when I didn’t get my money into my bank account even after 1 and a half month. I try to contact the support team on mail and on phone as well but no one replied me on mail and no one answered to my call.


I am trying everyday to contact them but no one seems to reply me for my isuue. I lost 1 month of customer’s payment which is 23, 596/-


As per my own personal worst experience with Instamojo I will not going to recommend Instamojo to anyone if you don’t want to lose your money like me.
