Institue of chartered accountant of india is a body corporate created under chartered accountant act. 1949.
It is a lagerest Accounting body of India which has it’s own commen seal and legal right.
It is creating accounting standered in India till now it created 32 accounting standered but now 29 are running.
Centeral govt. has deligated his power related to accouting to ICAI.
ICAI is creating CA of india. They are expert in the area of accouting and auditing .
