If you are wondering about the title thats been taken from the famous or rather infamous IMT Anthem. I wont be discussing the anthem as it can not be told but it needs to be experienced. Get yourself ragged once in IMT and you will never forget it in your life time.
Coming straight to the topic, IMT is a privately owned institute situated in the sleepy lil town of ghaziabad, UP. But hey as soon as you enter the campus you begin to realize the contrast between the exterior and the interiors.
The institute has a great campus in the heart of the town with all the major facilities that can be expected from a B-School campus. The courses offered are MBA and MCA both being recognised well by the industry. It holds its own entrance test which is common for both the streams at all india level. There are a few paid seats too for the NRI students.
Life at IMT for a student is a nice experience. The institute is fully residential. There are 5 hostels for boys and two for girls. The hostels are well equipped with all the amenities. Most important of all each hostel room has high speed broadband internet connection. Hostel life is a fun at IMT ..The mess (serves pathetic food but u will love it..) , the canteen , the A-Lobby (girls hostel) , Amphitheater (Known for great dance parties.) or the computer lab at the insti which opens all the night.
Infrastructure wise IMT would rank among the best institutes in india.Internet connectivity, uninterrupted power supply , AC Classrooms , Computer labs etc are some of the other features.
The other good thing about this institute is the job scene. Nobody is complaining as long as they are getting placed. IMT has the reputation of placing its students successfully in the industry and till now there has not been a year when the placement scene has looked dismal. this is true for both the streams.
IMT campus also has a Basket ball court, a cricket ground , a soccer field and badminton court. IMT hosts three cool events in a year namely chakravyuh (sports fest), Wizebyte (Tech-fest) and passion (marketing fest). The festive season in IMT is an awesome affair to be a part of.
