I joined ITER in 2009 in the trade of Mechanical Engineering. I passed out in 2014. It took me a year extra for completion of my 4 year course. I learnt all important lessons of life within this discourse. I will be blunt honest with my review. First of all this college is not an educational institution. It is a great business model to suck blood out of students and money of parents.
They have been pretty successful with their ambitions so far. But all that success is build upon the carcass of thousand dreams. The SAAT entrance exam is a complete fraud. The ranks, the results, the placements, everything has a price. There is no student union in the college. Undesirable fines and absolute mismanagement of resources. Big Political hands involved in this chain of brutality. ITER has immensely contributed to the downfall of educational standards of the state of Odisha. But all is not bad either. The Faculties are Outstanding.
The Mechanical Lab is state of the art. Infrastructure is great. Only if managed better and honestly the Institute will come back to its Old Glory. But I dont think the gainers wanna loose profits so very negligible hope. Please do not ruin your career with such organization.
