I worked for Intas Pharmaceuticals as an Area Manager for Ajmer Zone for 02 months(Unfortunately I had to leave the job due to my mom’s illness). My first Interaction with the company was very nice as I got interviewed by Area Manager of Pune and he selected me and sent me for the training at their training center of Ahmedabad. In their training center we stayed at a hotel and learned about their products and also about the company. It was a 14 days session and we really improved ourselves.
After the training company provided us many stuffs which were very useful for us to work in our day to day life. One more thing which I liked about this company is that they have adopted automation and no one calls you and asks you about what you are doing and all. You simply have to log in to the system of the company and put all details from the ease of your home.
Pay:- Company pays really well and at par with other pharma company
Allowance:- Nice Allowance such as telephone, travelling, internet etc are provided
Targets:- No skyrocketing sales targets
The company is new in the market but their product base is very strong. I wish I could be able to work their for long.
