I have joined here when it was changes from serco ti intelenet in the udyog vihar branch situated in gurgaon. I was hired for a big brands helpline there but dont know why just to attract more client they agreed to work for the with less investment and we the employees who are indirectly working for a big international brand are getting only 12k. I can bet if I have directly worked and served for that client , I would’ve been getting 22k for the same work that I was doing indirectly for 12k there
