This is Afzal Alam working in Intelenet Global Service at Gurgaon site, I have been with this organization for more than 2 years. Intelenet has USA, U.K Process at this Site.
I joined Intelenet as sr.associate in 2009 for Apria healthcare a US based process.
It was really a fun and learn in this process. I have seen lot of changes in this organization, erlier it was owened by Black Stone Group of USA, now It is Owned by Serco, a U.K based group.
The things I like at Intelenet is, This is an employee friendly company, we can say that it is people oriented company, whenever you need any kind of support you will certainly get it, the managers and co-workers are great. It has great work culture not only for male workers but also for female workers, this organization has approx 50% of female workers, who works in a 24X7 environment safely.
The transport system of Intelenet is really good, during pick-ups your cab will not move unless untill you or your reporting boss is not asking to move. If you miss your cab, you’ll be aligned in another cab without any hassel.
This company also provide the fast growth for the serious workers.
Now, there are very few things I don’t like is food Quality being provided by vendor.
At last, I am happy and proud to be a part of Intelenet.
Intelenet has really made an impact on my World.
