No offense but its better keep searching a job or to be unemployed then to work here. This is the company to which MNC’s outsource there work to and those mnc’s pays Intelenet global a very good amount of salary to give to there employees. But I am not sure whether that amount got as it is or not. May be there is no minimum wages criteria. There payrolls are very less. also there is no job security. When they wants to fire you they will provide you the targets you can never meet. and a company where employees get way lesser then they deserve can never have a good working environment. So at the time you understands that you joined a wrong company your CV got screwed. No career growth.
