athetic … I sent flowers today ( Valentine’s Day ) which were supposed to be delivered before 12 noon today … am writing this review at 9.30pm and the news is that the attempted delivery and now it is cancelled … the disgusting part of the experience is that I have been trying to follow this up since morning and I could not speak to anyone in the company - if you call the contact centre and say you have complaint you will be told that the call volume is high and you have to chat with a useless faceless bot … I am thinking why the hell do they have to even take an order that they cannot deliver … completely pathetic … don’t even touch them … hopeless
