Horrid experience

Flowers ordered for 14th Feb havnt been delivered till 16th Feb and a message by interflora saying the flowers have been delivered was sent on 14th night itself.The flowers have lost the relevance. The occasion is long gone. Their apologies mean absolutely nothing. Extremely unprofessional.They r blaming it on a system glitch which is ridiculous
