Extremely bad experience. The vase delivered was broken and the presentation(nice black box with gold printed flowers etc, flower care package) was missing! So you pay a lot of money for a bouquet in a broken vase. I’d rather have gone to a streetside vendor. More than the money wasted, You feel ashamed for having sent this sorry gift to your relatives. I don’t imagine the cake and chocolates I ordered them to send would be any better. Instead of a premium gift look at the horrid brown box! EEESH:O
