I was looking for some low budget True 4G VoLTE enabled phone and I found this one on Amazon. Intex is misguiding that this phone supports VoLTE . I received the phone 3 days back. Jio SIM is not working in normal mode.
You have to make the data ON and download Jio4GVoice app for call facility. Without this you cannot make or receive calls. When Jio SIM is inserted it is showing 4G not VoLTE nor HD.
I thought it will be done with system update. But system is up-to-date.
I Called to intex customer care, they told this is how their VoLTE works( data ON and with support of a app like Jio4G Voice).
May be Intex is making customer fool. I’m Very DIssapointed With This Deal .
