Hello friends today I want to make you aware about bad customer service of Intex Aqua music smartphone.I purchased this Smartphone about 1 year ago. The company gives me a warranty of 1 year for any defect in this Smartphone. After 8 to 9 months this Android device get defected. It’s PC get defected due to which it unable to store battery.Then I visited service centre of this company and submit my phone to them. They said that they will give my phone after 15 days. But they do not stick to their words. They don’t give me my device when I visited 15 days after. They said that it will take 1 to 2 week more to make your device repaired. Then I visited again and again to the service centre but everytime they said that it will take more days to repair my phone.They almost make me cry and at last after two and half months they give me my phone but when I received my phone I found that the battery still does not store . I was very disappointed.Intex Aqua music is a good Android phone but its customer service is the worst.
