I bought Intex Aqua Wonder in Oct 2013. Last month the touch screen of phone developed some problem. I took it to the service center and explained the problem. I thought they will replace the screen as the phone is in warranty period. After two days, when I went to collect my phone, I was told that my phone has been upgraded and there wont be any problem. I checked the touch screen, the problem was still not solved. I asked them why they didnt change the screen. They told me that they have done whatever could be done and phone is working fine.
I asked them that can I change the screen of my own. They agreed and charged Rs. 1400.00 to change the screen. But they didnt cover it under warranty.
