This is the big mistake from my side I bought Intex phone model Turbo S5 on 14th January 2016, considering the emerging brand. Till October 5th july I worked fine but on 6th july I have started facing issue on Mobile with its speaker.
Post that I have visited intex service centre located at Andheri east on 6th july 2016 then they repaired the phone. After two-three days I started facing the same problem with my mobile. so I again went to the same service centre and I again got phone temporary repaired.
On 25th july when I again started facing the same problem, I again visited the same service center where I was told that there is some issue with mother board hence we have to change the mother board.
So I have submitted my mobile phone on 25th july 2016. Till now I am yet know the status of my mobile phone. I am calling the phone numbers given over there but no response. It is about month now from 25th October 2016 that I have submitted my mobile phone but no status.
I have visited the service center again, where I came to know that Intex mobile service center is shut down for some internal things. Shop owner is asking me to take unpaired mobile and submit it to some other service center. which is I dont know where is the new service center. many time I have emailed to head office but still no response from them.
I dont know how can these company do that for a good customer.
