I got intex UPS for my desktop Bought it last year after few months it started giving trouble.even if the power is on the UPS gives beeping sound. which is quit annoying.
when I called for the service none responded.
I was given 1 years warranty for the battery but the battery gave up in just a 7th month and I again went for the service but people don’t give any response to you there. They put some silly reasons and don’t give you a new battery.
I had to buy a new battery. now again after few days of using it . I again started getting this beeping sounds when power still there in my house.
I strongly recommend you not to buy. poor service guys DON’T BUY THIS UPS.
