As we know intex is a growing brand in indian market.i have purchased intex ups for my desktop about 4 years ago.till now its working very well.it gives a back up continue around 15 to 25 minutes with desktop.for its long life u should do one thing is that only use your cpu with ups. I am using this product till now it has no maintinence.ups is compalsary for our desktop because with out properly shuting down computer gets off. Windows can be crashed.so we should use ups. Intex is a hug brand so we can trust on it. It has own service centres all over the india.if u face any problems u can go to service centre or call to service centre they will serviced at ur home.if u planing to buy ups just buy it.
