It being 1 one year when I buy this produced I does’t have any camplain to this product already this compain is big and trusted. This ups give waranty its cost is less around 1400 easy to on and off this ups give four output socket this ups get heated after same time mean after two/three hour but its ok. Battery in this ups is too good mean long time I use this ups for my computer or you can say pc its ups is user friendly you don’t worry this ups is good compain is there with us.so use this product freely.Thanks You
