1. Worst service - no proper response from driver.

   
   




2. 26th November Shimla to Delhi very very bad trip experience.

   
   




3. AC cooling issue - driver & attenders not accepting the cooling issue.

   
   




4. Over all very bad experience in IntrCity smartbus.

   
   




5. No proper demarcation as where will be bus standing.

   
   




6. No proper communication that what is the bus name, color and number.

   
   




7. No contact from anyone before leaving the boarding place.

   
   




8. Please don’t choose intercity bus they just fool us by telling smart bus, as while on our journey they didn’t turn on AC, power socket does not work if we inform driver they just don’t care.over all its worst service pls choose other option.

   
   




9. So People who are booking in advance are fools.

   
   




10. Bus was toooooo old.

    
    




11. Suspension was toooo Bad.

    
    




12. Expectations was 100% - Reality 10%.
