I purchased a lomega hard drive from a local mobile shop. I bought it as it was within my budget ( cost me 4800 at that time) . Once I started transferring data to the hard drive I came to know why this hard drive was so cheap. The data transfer speed was too slow ( I dont remember if transfer rate ever touched 1mbps) . At first I thought the problem is with my laptop. I tried transferring data from other devices too, but it did’nt help. The hard drive is still with me, its as good as scrap, I dont remember when I used it last.
