I have used their service for past 3 years in my college as I am a student. Never have I ever experienced such bad service. It looks great on paper those cheap plans with huge data but in reality it’s the opposite. Let me give you a few things that I have experienced as a fact.
Ping - 50 on avg but when it starts getting worse it’s above 9000 & believe me I know it sounds stupid but its the truth. I stream and play video games on it and not even a day goes by when I don’t have to experience their shitty Wi-Fi problems.
Internet Speed - Never Stable. They give you full speed but you can never really experience it as even 5 MBPS connections feels like a BSNL Broadband of 1 MBPS. I Know its harsh but its the truth.
Price - The only thing that separates these shitty providers from others is their cheap price for their shitty service. For a price of 400 you get 30 GB plan with 2 MBPS speed but when it comes to actually using it. Even YouTube at 360p struggles a lot and leave aside the 720p & 1080p experience.
Service - Let me tell you that when you talk to them, they will tell you that things are under maintenance or things are working fine as they as seeing from their place but it’s you who’s suffering and they don’t even think about their service. Money is all they care about. They will talk so politely that you will be thinking that it’s probably not their fault but you know just obstructions and all but believe me it’s not. They offer a shitty service and consumers suffers.
That’s it. I have used this service for past 3 years and unfortunately have to use for 1 more year. If I could sue them for their lying slogan I would but I think it’s better to just quit and switch to some other provider instead.
It’s a shame that they could have become a great service provider but instead they are like every other corporate sharks eating their own consumers for money.
