Useless,clueless,lame-service&technicians

G broadband is one of the poorest, pathetic, insulting, abysmal customer services I have ever received in my life.


G broadband is the worst Internet service provider in Bangalore.


I am a customer with g broadband from an year and every time I face a problem, I have to scream, yell at the technicians to get my work done.


On 2/7/2013 g broadband Internet was not working and apparently, I complained to the customer care in the morning. They sent Suresh, a good for nothing technician along with devendra(so called a manager) at 7 pm! The solution was to change the cable and it was assured by devendra that the cable will be replaced in a day.


2 Days passed and still the Internet was not functioning. All I could hear from suresh was that he has replaced the cable and doesn’t have any idea why that my Internet connection was not working! HA HA HA


4thday- I complained again to Deepu, another useless team leader at cust care only to be assured that the problem will be solved by the end of the day.


5th day-suresh keeps checking the LAN and waits under a tree for the whole day to get an enlightenment! Bodhi vruksh of suresh!


6th day- I get irate and complain again with cust care only to be assured that the problem will be resolved by end of the day. Isn’t it ridiculous?


7th day- I had to call madesh, a so called capable technician though my area is not under his jurisdiction! He identified that the problem was with cat6 cable and the long distance from the switch. I Was assured that a fibre will be connected to my house as a permanent solution by end of the day.


8th day- no update from any one. I had to call another Suresh, a technical manager(not the field technician) and again was assured that fibre connection will be done be end of the day.


9th day- none calls me. I go on a complaining spree again though I know that nothing will work.


1:35 pm- when I call Suresh, (field technician ) gives me a mobile no of saravanan and tells me that the work has already started and I have to speak to him directly.


1:39 pm- I call Saravanan, an arrogant person, who behaves no less than a CEO, tells me that he has just taken the details and still has to see the area etc and he wouldn’t like to give any information to the customer !


1:46 pm - Suresh (field technician) calls me up demanding to know what I spoke to Saravanan. Tells me that it would take 3 days for fibre to be connected and EVEN HAD THE GUTS TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD SWITCH TO AIRTEL IF I CANNOT WAIT!


2:45 pm- again an assurance that the problem will be fixed by end of the day from suresh, manager.


7pm- no call no show.


12th day- I sent an email to G broadband’s MD, CEO & CTO


17th day- I receive an one liner reply saying that they will look into this!


20th day- Still waiting!


Now all that I want is a refund. G broadband should hire more people similar to Suresh, so that they can wind up their business in a week, shut down and exile.


AVOID G BROADBAND LIKE PLAGUE...
