I have been getting very inconsistent connection of broadband connection which I took a month ago and hence it is of no use. I have also made a record of when it was working and when it was not working for past one month which is as below…
14 June 2014 full day not working
15 June full day not working only night worked when corrected by your technician
17 June full day not working came back in night, when called was told that some work is going on and should be working in some time
26 June worked only in the morning and full day then after was dead when called, some connections were being given to other customers and work was in progress
27, 28, 29 June kept coming and going time to time and technician were working at my place all three days coming and going frequently and hence asked them not to come in the day time when I am not at home
30 jun full day gone. There was no internet and when called technician was suppose to visit
1 July full day not working came in the evening when technician came
2 July again coming and going,
4 July coming and going, gone in evening and next day was full day off
5 July full day gone
Then after your technician came on 6th after literally shouting at customer care it was was good after that.
When I discussed the above inconsistent service to customer care, some one told me that I will be given extra grace period and some one told I will be getting a call back by technician about how many days I will get the grace for.
But no one has called me back till now. And now my connection has been suspended due to non payment. Again when I called today before writing this mail, I got the same answer that I will be getting a call back but no callsPlease let me know if I am getting some grace period or not. I seriously need an answer.
