Ion having cheaper net plans with good speed but the service of ion customer care and office is so pathetic. Even the office staff dont know how to talk with their customer and the customer care didn’t reply a single mail to their customer. And if the net gets off so you have to wait till it gets on automatically cuz the staff dont react even after too many complaints on net off.
