I have been using G broadband connection for the past 7 months. I am staying near Hosa Road, e-city, Bangalore. Before taking up G broadband, I almost contacted all the major broadband service providers starting from Airtel, Hathway, Tikona, etc. None of them had coverage where my place is situated. One fine day, on my way to office I came across a poster/hoarding about G broadband. I went through all the Google reviews and found out it had a mixed reaction among users. I called the customer care & they confirmed that have feasibility in my place. I was out of options, so finally gave in. To be honest, till now I haven’t faced any issues in the connection. I have taken up G-velocity plan that includes 60 GB UL with 2 Mbps speed. Once, You have completed 60 GB, the download speed reduces to 1 Mbps. It all comes within a price of 800/month including taxes. I have used Airtel & Hathway before, it comes no where near to Airtel but it is certainly better than Hathway. One issue that I came across was it’s customer care service. Apart from that, It’s going smooth in my case. I really can’t justify why there are so many negative comments!
