I joined here because I was trapped by fancy words spoken by the HR and their supposed CTO. They told me, this was the work place to work for an IITian and Teir 1 college guys only. Also that only IITians are working for them.They don’t know a thing about technology.
In reality, there is no quality in the work you get. All the time you will be lied to and will be played with politics.
*Pros** – You get salary on time.
*Cons** –
You will be tricked on joining early.
You will not have a pf account, but the component will be deducted from the salary.
You will always be working on 7 days a week. Even though you were promised 5 days a week working.
Managers, CTO, CEO are non-technical stupid people and you will waste your time, explaining them technology/processes in vain.
There is no growth if you don’t know how to lick the feet of your superiors.
Technically the work will be worst, and will have no career addition value.
You will be slave, you will always be treated like one.
If you got a call or you are still trapped in the lies of them, please beware. If you ever receive a call from this company.especially if you are an IITian.Please proceed with extreme care. This is a hell hole. It will difficult for you to come out.
If you think this is just random rambling of some guy. then go ahead and join at your own risk! and I am sure you will have similar experience as shared above.
Advice to senior management – Stop tricking and cheating people.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I’m not optimistic about the outlook for this company.
