Miracle turned horrible ghost nightmare @ iOpex. I would like to put my experience from the time of my appointment to iOpex. I am an M.Tech, Computer Science and engineering from IIT Bombay. I got a call from iOpex tech. HR said his name is Sankar.
Then he said as following:(Note the image they create in a candidate’s mind)
They can offer me 50% hike. sounds good. They do have have a team for Virtual App development of about 200 people at Chennai and 100 at Hyderabad. iOpex is head quartered at US, San Jose. People working there are enjoying the work, and they have gone to Onsite after 3 months of work. Till now everything really sounds good.
I felt YES, I should join this company, as Virtual App, project is done at company like MICROSOFT.
Then I processed my profile, and got telephonic call. And then face to face interview. There I saw how the existing product works[Note]. Then I got offer.
At this time, I am working at very big company and much more stabilized.
One week before joining, I got a call, from the manager that I need to work on some task. I felt some awkwardness. But now, I have no option, but to do, as I have put papers for resignation at current company.
Then I search for a house near iOPEX office, I paid deposit, 12 months rent. Before one day of my joining, I got call from Sankar, saying that, I need to join at another branch, which is at 24 km, distance. What the hell it is!
On the day of my joining, I was required to sign one agreement "Indian bond paper". I again felt surprised, if this is US company, I need to sign only NDA(Non-Disclosure-Agreement), why "Indian bond paper". Still I proceed, as no other options or offer I had.
Then my first day started. I got a warning that I need to perform well, otherwise, I may lose my job. Very first day, without seeing any of my work, my manager Anand Srinivasan, warned me. I was a bit surprised. However, my surprise are being less, as its not the first one.
Then I got another warning, for not receiving calls at office. Even, Anand was counting the number of calls I receive in a day. He said that too. Then, Anand said I must stay till 11pm or 12 pm. What time I will return my home, 24 km away? Then after two later, I came to know that I am the very FIRST employee of the current project. There is no one working currently. They are going to create a new company VIDURA INC with this new project. Another BIG surprise.
Then one week later I got warning that I am under- performing. Wow, I got hint that I will be fired. Then, during work, Anand also said, I must work on all saturday, and sundays too. By now, I understood, whatever, Shankar said, were all FALSE. Moreover, They do not have any software development. They manage the labourers in company remotely. Hence, Anand was an earlier manager to labourers, So he speaks very very rubbish. Anand Srinivasan, is just a MBA guy, who is projected as CTO(Chief Technology Officer) of the company. The way he speaks, He sounds very technical. He speaks very smart, very louder, very confidently, learning a few technical words. I just got trapped, assuming him a CTO.
Then after somedays, I cam to know, they got another candidate, with lower package. Hence, I got fired within 1 month time.

Its not a San Jose, US company, but just a pure Indian, mean minded company, with manipulators and fools like CEO, Shiv, Siva, Archana and Anand Srinivasan.
Seems that they are hiring from IIT, and NIT candidates. Please do not join. Now they have branch at Bangalore as VIDURA INC. Currently they have renamed to MOBITRIX .
Moreover, the Director, is also fired, saying underperforming after 1 year. He constructed the whole team of total15 IIT, ians. However, he also got fired.
PLEASE DO NOT JOIN. And do not spoil your career. If you are still wish to get some clarification, please ping me before you decide.
