This is the worst ISP ever used (in Bangalore). they say it "Hurricane upto 12Mbps".but doesn’t even touches 12kbps, bandwidth is unstable, inconsistance.and if you are a night surfer.forget that this ISP exists at all and go for some other ISPs. The call center service is fine.but there is no use in complaining to them.I personally call atleast 20 times about the bandwidth issue.they say it will be resolved.but absolutely no improvement after that.
My Personal recommendation: Stay away from this ISP.
