Hello everybody. I had a very horrible experience with this Iqara Broadband. One day they turned up at my home and they told me about some new offer that I do not have to pay any installation charges or deposits but only pay Rs.440 for internet usage of 150 HOURS (Later he claimed that it was 150 MB).
I thought it was quite reasonable and I paid the money right away as he said as soon as I make the payment the connection will start the same day. But minutes after I paid him he said the work will be done in SEVEN DAYS. This was it. After this they just disappeared.
After about 15 days I started to call their call centre. They call their Call centre as STATE OF THE ART but what is the use they never function. Each time I called I got a new complaint no. Finally I had about 9 such Complaint no.s but no signs of making any efforts any connections. I had waste a lot of money in just calling them and waiting for a long time to hear someone again giving a new complaint number.
At last the connection was made after innumerous calls and two and a half months. The speed is fair but just 150 MB is no value for money. And I forgot to mention one more funny character, their OPERATIONAL MANAGER. I wonder he is busy in what kind of operation who generously gave his cell no. to everyone but made it a point to never answer any of the calls. Overall, I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Iqara.
