IRCTC mobile app has been improved a lot. It gives the liberty to book the ticket direct from app. Earlier app used to transfer the user to the desktop friendly site.but now it is just one click ahead. It allows to check the route and PNR query also. Great app and best example of Indian Railway modernization. This app has some limitations also. Almost in every 20 to 30 days it asks to update the app and this is very irritating. Second sometimes this app doesn’t allow user to manage the travel due to maintanece outage. But Overall it is a nice app.!
