The major drawback in the system is that its loading time and worst of all you cannot book ticket for tatkal before 9:00 am. For e.g.
I wanted to book ticket in TATKAL from NGP to DURG, so I sat in front of my system from morning 7:30 am. Believe me it doesnt allow me even to login at the peak time. Somehow I booked my ticket at 9:10 am, but no use as I got waiting list ticket.
Pathetic Loading Time and also Service and Support.................
