Irctc website is used for travel ticket booking and hotel bookings under Indian railway, but this website has complex structure to use. This website is very slow load for ticket bookings, sometimes a person need to login more than two or three times because its web page crashes sometimes .
If I am talking about tatkal bookings then it is worst, tatkal booking only possible by railway officials .
