Irctc service is inaccessible only for one hours between(11.30 to12.30)only at night.fast booking system.earlier there was issue with delay in browsing of website.but now issue has been resolved.look has been also changed.now a days you can book tatkal ticket also provided your internet speed is good.every time I use irctc portal for ticket booking .it is better to book ticket online without standing in line in ticket counter at railway station.my recommendation is always use irctc.co.in website for ticket booking
