Hopeless service

I’ve been using irctc for years now and I must the the service provided by them is the worst.


Earlier I used to have problems just accessing their website, now I am able to access the site but then, there is always some issues with the site. Either it doesn’t direct me to my payment gateway or it doesn’t display the seat availability or it doesn’t display the list of trains.


All this despite the upgradation to next generation e ticketing system.And then the govt keeps hiking the fares every now and then. Is this what you charge us for? Useless developers and admin.
