You dont need to stand in a queue. Payment online.Easy handling of ticket as we get an sms, therefore no need to carry paper ticket.
All the services are good but the last time I booked the ticket and due to non confirmation of seat, the ticket got cancelled. I haven’t received the money back. I was informed that I would get it in next week, but no refund received. Its been a month now. Ive already sent many emails to them, but no reply. I am fed up and therefore giving a bad review
