I find the website irctc.co.in is most slow site and it consumes long hours to book a railway ticket online.
Today while I attempted to book online railway ticket it so happened that the moment one clicks the site message appears "service unavailable"
.
Also once I the website is on it starts to move at snail’s speed and after clicking the option of credit card payment and once the credit card no is entered there after agian the site shows(the curser shows that site is active)after long time it shows time out and the booking is not successful
I even complained to customer care of IRCTC and the answer was very casual " technical problem"
This shows no sign of improvement despite several complaints.
God save the poor passengers who rely on travelling by train and want to book online ticket in IRCTC.
