Ishq Vishk Movie Review by me:
Ishq Vishk is the launch of one of the greatest actors today, Shahid The good thing about the movie is it starts good, and maintains pace throughout.But this isn’t a flawless movie.
Shahid and Amrita Rao have grown up together. Amrita is a simpleton [’Behnji’ for the gang!], while Shahid is forever looking for a glamorous companion. The two go through a tumultuous phase in their relationship when a glamorous girl [Shenaz Treasurywala] joins the college. Not just Shahid, but all the hunks can’t keep their eyes off her.
Shahid tries a ploy to woo Shenaz and wins her attention subsequently. But, slowly and steadily, he realises that his heart beats for Amrita, not Shenaz.
Postives:
-Shahid’s acting catches you off guard.He’s the best newcomer since Shah Rukh Khan.
-The youth in the movie brought so much energy to the screen.
-Music and choreography
Negatives:
-The story has been seen many times.
-The screenplay gets slow for about 10 minutes in post-interval portions.
All in all Ishq Vishk is a great movie.Shahid will catch you off guard.You will not expect a newcomer to act like a veteran.
