I have worked in Itc Infotech for more than 4 years and it was all mixed with up and downs in my life.
If I talk about salary then if you join as fresher then it’s very average by industry standards, may be 3.5 lpa to 4 lpa but if you are going by lateral entry then you can nagotiate for some good package.
Job security wise this company is good, I have hardly heard Someone getting sacked but growth wise their appraisal and increments are very low, but again these days no big companies are giving good increments.
Working environment is very chilled out, that is one part I loved and will always appreciate and CEO of the Company is trying hard to grow the revenue of the company.
