Hello friends, today i’m telling about itel phone model- A21. I’m using this phone before onr year ago. this phone had 1 year warranty. this phone started in 1 month as soon as the problems. This phone works is very slow and there are many hangs too. Automatically display is blank and network is hide and sometime shows falls network. The phone gets hot when charging time .so this phone is very poor.It look & design is very old fashioned. I feel not good keep this phone, my total money is worthless.This phone’s 1GB and 8GB ROM is very low, display is 4.5 inches, resolution is very low this phone, camra quality is very poor only 5MP rear and 2MP front camera and only 2000 mAh battery, it has a very low battery life only 1-2 hours, so very bad.This phone’s service center is very low, it is found in some cities that is very problems due to this . This phone is very poor and is also no service center facility.So I recommend to my friends that never buy this phone, otherwise you will also regret .Thank you.
