I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my train booking made via the ixigo app. The booking was for a train from Jaipur to Prayagraj, with a departure time of 2:00 PM today, 31st jan. 2025.
Unfortunately, I received a cancellation notification at approximately 11:00 AM, which was less than 3 hours before the scheduled departure. As a result, I am requesting clarification regarding the late cancellation notice and the associated refund process.

Total Amount Paid: ₹ 20800 APPROX For your reference i would like to update we cancelled 3 tickets on 30th Jan and on 28th Jan. and received rs.1000 for each as refund amount.
apart of these three as a customer, I would like to understand why the cancellation notice was provided so close to the departure time and request a detailed explanation regarding the refund of the guarantee amounts paid, including the ₹700 extra. basically i have been spent INR Rs. 20800 for 12 tickets in which i cancelled total 3 tickets and received 1000 for each as refund these includes guarantee amount also.
