I had a terrible experience with ixigo. I was expecting to receive a coupon for my flight booking, as per the guidelines, but the coupon was never provided on time. The link didn’t even open, and the timer started ticking, making it impossible to use.
To make matters worse, flight fares are dynamic, and by the time I could book, the prices had increased. Since the delay was on ixigo’s part, I expected the fare difference to be covered, but that never happened. On top of that, the validity of the coupon should have started when it was actually provided, not when it was originally promised.
This situation was completely frustrating, and it seems ixigo doesn’t care about resolving issues promptly. Very disappointed with the lack of support and will not be using this service again.
