I had to escalate an issue of coupon code not being applied right. Email responses were prompt. They called and sorted out the issue. Efficient service. Well done. WebApp was relatively easy to use as well. What I liked the most was they tried to sort this out over email, and we exchanged two or three emails, and they called on phone to close it. Good customer focus. They present deals from various providers, one can pick the best pricing, and still get a cash back. Nice.
