Hello to Everyone to all the general public of whole world .I am Avinash Hasija here going to share my personal experiences of working with J&K Bank Ltd through this mouthshut.com website by writing reviews on this website mouthshut.com regarding what I felt.
I had met lots of bad experiences while working with J&B Bank Ltd during my life time.I was appointed as Audit Assistant under the J.L.Jain & Co. on date 10th January 2008 on mutual written agreement by the boss of the J.L.jain & co. and between me(adult person on age 22 during that time now of 33 age)on certain terms and conditions on letterhead of it which are I will be paid Salary of INR 3500 per month for 7 to 8 hours of work till the time of resignation by me for doing audits of various banks which are the clients of J.L.Jain & co. but later on date 22nd august 2008 the agreement between us changed from audit assistant job to CA article assistant due to the agreement between the CA Firm, C.A Institute of India and Me. and all the terms and conditions of work and salary changed as per the C.A Institute of India.
There was one client of J.L.Jain & Co. which was J& K Bank LTD.
I have to conduct the audit of all Financial Statements of it on his behalf as representative of him having full power to access to conduct audit which includes Checking of Trading & Profit & Loss Accounts, their ledgers and Balancesheet which involves all accounting and their audit work including taxation .
I had faced various problems in conducting such audit
which are
1.The Bank staff of it are not friendly .
2.The Bank Hides various secret informations from the auditor at that time which was me.
3.No proper Staff.
4.They don’t Know the difference between the powers of one person and other person which I felt because they dont pay any respect to the auditor and treats them like a servant, for them servant, warden and senior auditor are same and should be treated same .According to them the auditor’s qualification are same as of servant .how foolish they were .They accept the order of servant and not of auditor .
5.They don’t Consult the Auditor thats me during that time while taking decisions relating to the decisions in which my consultation required and pass the judegement without consulting me .
6.Even not only J & K Bank Ltd but J.L.Jain & Co’s Boss also mad as he also dont know the the powers of respective person and who will conduct and take decision of respective person, I am saying this because J.L.Jain & Co. had done agreement with me to pay salary of INR3500 to conduct audit in written .The decision of leaving and to remain in that company to work rest with me but they take decision with the ousiders, stranger and listen their voices to fire me or not without consulting me and always remained in hope that mine decisions are rested with other and remain in hope that I willhave to take persmission from others before leaving that organisation thats why I sad him mad and how foolish he and likewise people who even dont know that in the freed country the decision to enter or leave from any organisation or from his own commitment rest the respective person himself not with the others, how foolish he was who was thinking that while entering in the commitment with the organisation to work and take salary from it I have my decision and while resigning that I have to take persmission from strangers .Why should I take permission from outsiders or strangers before leaving any organisation or breaking my own commitment?If I have taken decision to enter into any agreement then the decision of leaving it or not rest with me not on other and who thinks that rest with others are fool.
5.It hides lots of things from the auditor .
So, to conclude I have to say never work with such organisations mainly J& K Bank Ltd who even dont know the basic rules of commitment, powers of the Adult person and you have to taught them likewise as you teach to your kids or old men because they behave like infant kids and old men have old thinking .
Suggestion to the employees= Never do the job in such bank.
