I just watched this ad last night and was infuriated. The ad absolutely lacks any logical sense and is completely gender biased. Using a woman in a derogatory manner to sell any product is not creativity it only signifies a lack of morals and ethics. Moreover, it violates human (women’s) rights. Such a handicapped view of women is a complete disgrace to the company. The company must publicly apologize for such a misdemeanor. Advertisements such as these continue to feed the growing gender injustices.
People must speak out against such atrocities and violations on women so India can be truly progressive and liberated.
