Some months before my family made a travel plan to Mumbai and after that we had a plan to visit some sites and returned back to our home. My uncle who was a resident of Mumbai told us about some historic places and suggested to travel the nearest park also. He also advised my father to book a taxy from JM MEHTA travels. My uncle called this operator and took a taxy for us. Taxi was easily availed to us infact the driver came to my uncle’s home in time as they promised. We took our tour from 7am.
The cab was such fabulous and suited for us.We told them to provide a car having comfortness for four people and they had chosen perfect for us. We felt very comfort inside it.
The driver also very talented and skilled have good driving styles. He was very talkative and funny and always tried to make a comedy atmosphere inside the car. He was also a very polite man.
The driver was very knowledgeable about Mumbai traffics and also had shortcut way to reach our destination. I and also my family pleased with him.
The car was decorated with a small screen LCD TV and also had ac facility. Since we had gone in summer ac helped us very much.
One such thing impressed us very much that when we were having our lunch we offered driver to take with us but he declined our request and politely said he had not right to take that as he had advised. Then after finishing our journey we came back to our uncles home.
After getting such type of treatment we had booked our return train ticket through them and come back to our origin.
Especially I liked their punctuality, polite behavior, appreciation style, and eagerness to satisfy their customers. And also never forget to say about all round behavior of driver. If I have another chance to go their I must take advantage of their customer service.
