I’m Rajesh Tripathi from the batch of 1994, (Electronics & Telecom). I went on to Study at IIT Delhi, but did not find the freedom, the company & the environment we had at Faizpur.
The Locals were very supportive & College has contributed to the overall growth of the area- making J.T. Mahajan’s dream true.
I am in touch with with people from 1990 batch & all are very well placed be it Civil, Mechanical or E&Tc. Even some of our professors who had moved to greener pastures are placed at Good institutions all across India.
Its sad though that there is not much work done for maintaining an Alumni Association/Database for common benefit of Faizpurians.
There is a small group on yahoo which has about 50-60 odd members from 1990-2000, but unfortunately the younger generations have shied in voicing their presence on the internet. On one of our seniors’ initiative(Manu Sridhar) there is now an effort to call on those in & around Delhi to touch base & get networked. Do let me know if you are not part of the group.
