What you expect when you see A.R. Rehman’s name as a composer, always the best
.but from quite a some time after rang de basanti nothing great came from
him, and with two newcomer (genelia, you can call her newcomer coz she didnt
appear on screen after masti). so nothing exciting so far but then I just
checked it (for the sake of rehman) and I was shocked (in postive way) coz it is
surely a refreshing experience for the ears to the usual tunes . when I see the
name of first song the singer’s name was some rashid ali and I wasnt very sure
why the 1st song of the album is by a newcomer, but when I played it .
it was
superb rehman generally introduce 1 newcomer in all his movie , but he is specail
and the song too "kabhi kabhi aditi zindgi" kicks start the album sweet song you
’ll like it instantly . second song is quite popular by now thnx to aamir’s blog
so called spoof on salmaan khan (actually quite similar but I disagree on the
point that he cant dance) "pappu cant dance has a long list o singer including
blaze, naresh, md. alam , tanvi and so on......ok now on the song song is well
written (not poetic though) but the remaining thing is done by the beats ans
music and will grow on you either you like it or not.
third song is jaane tu ya
jaane na by runa rizvi again a newcomer a slow song but it will need 3-4 hearing
to be liked never the less I liked it , fourth song is "nazrein milaana nazarein
churana" is refreshing , it feels nice to hear new sound nice use of guitar, sung
by sweta and naresh , satish very good song . fifth song"tu bole " by a.r. rehman
, he is a tendecy to sing different songs , nice poetry , need a little hearing to
like it, but I love rehman like this a nice song. sixth came as"kahi to hogi "
rashid again I like his voice a slow paced soothing number you’ll like it just
switch off the lights and listen it .good song seventh song "jaane tu meri kya
hai" and here comes shukhwinder a sad song mail version of the jaane tu ya jaane
na" will depend on the mood never the less nice song. and finished with the
remix version of pappu cant dance" I ’ll try to give marks to each songs but
it’s pure my choice can vary at times, 1.kabhi kabhi aditi zindgi (10?10)
